A Fun, Healthy, Creative Exercise Tip: TRAMPOLINES!

Hi ~ I have a fun, healthy, and creative exercise tip for you! 

I recently got my hands on one of those small trampolines. I immediately put it together and hopped on and started jumping. I had my favorite podcast on and after an hour and a half (the duration of the podcast), I got 10,000 steps in! 

Here are 3 reasons why trampolines are amazing and you should probably get one right this very instant:

1. PERFECT FOR INDOOR EXERCISE

I often don’t have time to go out for a hike in nature or a walk on the beach (two of my favorite activities), so having an indoor trampoline is a great way to exercise when you can’t get outside and move around. 

2. GOOD FOR BUSY PEOPLE

If you want to stay active even when your indoors and are also super busy (and run your own small business like me!), then a small, indoor trampoline is absolutely perfect for you (plus super fun!).

3. SO HEALTHY FOR YOU!

According to research, trampolining has a positive effect on bone health, and may even help improve your bone density and strength. Plus, by way of stimulation of the one-way vales in your lymphatic system, bouncing on the trampoline helps to remove toxins without stressing out your joints. It’s just an overall great way to stay healthy!
